TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE COMPETITION

The competition is arranged and handled by BESTSELLER Handels B.V., Koivistokade 1c, 1013 AC Amsterdam, the Netherlands and BESTSELLER A/S, Fredskovvej 5, 7330 Brande, Denmark (hereafter referred to as “BESTSELLER”).

Participants who do not comply with these terms and conditions will not be eligible to win the prize. The competition is open to persons above the age of 18. If you are below the age of 18, you must provide written consent from a parent or legal guardian to be able to participate in this competition. Employees of the BESTSELLER group of companies and members of their household are not allowed to participate in the competition. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

To enter the competition, you must sign up for our Customer Club by clicking the check box on the front page. Hereby you agree to become a club member in accordance with the Customer Club Terms & Conditions. Joining the Customer Club entails no obligations, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

The competition runs from the 4th of February to 27th of February.

PRIZES

The prize consists of 1 x 100 € gift card which can be redeemed on onlyandsons.com. Please note that the gift card can only be used to purchase children's clothing, i.e. clothing under the category ‘Kids’.

The gift card is valid for 30 days after issue and must be used at once. If you do not use the full amount of the gift card, any remaining amount will expire and cannot be used at a later date. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash and the styles you order cannot be exchanged for other styles afterwards. The prize may be subject to personal or prize taxation depending on local tax regulation. BESTSELLER shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these Terms and Conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.

BESTSELLER will draw one (1) winner at random among the participants. The winner will be contacted directly by email once the winner has been found. In case the winner does not respond within 14 days of receiving the email, we reserve the right to draw a new winner amongst the already submitted entries by random draw. Further details on how to claim the prize, will be provided to the winners directly.

USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

BESTSELLER is the data controller with respect to personal data collected in relation to the competition.

All personal information received in connection with this competition will be treated in accordance with our general privacy policy, which you can find [HERE][1]. Aside from the purposes stated in that policy, the winner’s name and e-mail address will be used to provide the winners with their prize via email. Additionally, your information will be used to sign you up for our customer club and to send you newsletters. The legal basis for processing your personal data is your consent, cf. GDPR article 6, 1 (a) which you are at any time able to withdraw by contacting us. You always have the right to access the personal data, that we process about you, including to request the data is rectified, blocked or deleted.
