You have 100 days to return your items. Please note that you will be charged a return fee of 2.95 EUR, which will be deducted from your refund. We are no longer providing you with a return label in your parcel since we have gone completely paperless. All returns are completed online and you can easily create a return label yourself by registering your return on the Return Portal.
With an ONLY & SONS gift card, the recipient can choose their own favourites from the latest styles, everyday essentials and wardrobe classics on ONLYandSONS.com.
Whether they’re looking for new denim, a fresh shirt, a jacket or a little bit of everything, a gift card gives them the freedom to choose exactly what they want.
The gift card will be sent as a PDF to the email address used when placing the order. Please note that it may take up to 1 working day for the gift card to arrive in your inbox.
The gift card is valid for 3 years from the date of purchase and can be used online at ONLYandSONS.com. The gift card cannot be used in ONLY & SONS stores.
